What is the process of withdrawing from a competition?
Clubs will be refunded 50% of the individual entry fee if they provide notice of an athlete withdrawal (via a completed withdrawal form) no less than 24 hours prior to the event. Withdrawals should be sent to the Event Coordinator responsible for the event.
What refund will I receive if I withdraw from a competition?
Is there a fee for late entries?
An additional fee of 40% of the event entry fee per athlete will be incurred for late entries. Any late entries received less than three weeks out from an event will incur an additional fee of $50 / athlete, to a maximum of $100 per club. A club can waive late fees using a Late Entry Voucher (clubs have two they can use per year), however this voucher can be used no later than three weeks prior to the event.
How do I know which level is competing in each event?
This information is outlined in Part C of the Technical and Competitions Handbook. The section is divided up into gymsports, with specific information listed for each individual event.
Where can I find competition results?
RG & TRP Results are online, so results can be tracked live. Results for all other gymsports will be made available on the Gymnastics WA website within three working days of the competition. The only exception is for WAG Level 3, where results are not posted online and instead are sent direct to clubs.
