Gymnastics WA have been delighted to be involved in the Associated & Catholic Colleges (ACC) Inclusion Sports Day on Friday 26 October at the John XXIII College oval in Mount Claremont.

Over 120 high school students of all abilities from 11 different ACC schools, including those living with disabilities, had the opportunity to participate in fun gymnastics activities on air tracks and the mini trampoline with coaches.

The circuit captured student’s imagination and allowed them to experience the sensory benefits of bouncing on different types of surfaces and moving in creative ways.

There were smiles and laughs aplenty as students had the chance to see that gymnastics truly is a sport for all.

Gymnastics WA thanks the Associated & Catholic Colleges, Inclusion Solutions and Roleystone Gymnastics Club for a successful day which promoted healthy lifestyles and inclusiveness in the community.
