Gymnastics WA is seeking a full-time Executive Director. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong communication skills who is able to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and demonstrate the ability to develop and nurture key relationships within the gymnastics community, including committees, coaches, officials and administrators at the grass root level. In addition to operational excellence the role has a focus on building participation and membership, whilst developing and maintaining partnership between stakeholder groups, commercial, funding partners and Member Clubs/Associate Members.
To be considered for this role you will have a strong track record in strategic leadership, demonstrated staff and operational management experience with a focus on member services. You will have demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and activities at once whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail, delivering projects both on time and on budget.
An understanding of the Australian sporting landscape including high performance, and an understanding and appreciation of gymnastics will be an advantage but it is not a necessity; however, you must be committed to providing strong foundations for the growth of the sport in Western Australia.
As the Executive Director you will work effectively with a Board of Directors to take the sport of Gymnastics and the Gymnastics WA Organisation to the next stage of growth in Western Australia.
